What we look for in an application.
- Income of 3 times the rent. For otherwise qualified applicants, income of at least 2.5 times the rent may be considered with a co-signer, or with first and last month’s rent.
- Credit score of 600 or above. For otherwise qualified applicants, a score from 550 to 599 may be considered with a co-signer, or with first and last month’s rent.
- No prior evictions.
- Background check required.

Is the townhome pet friendly?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome, with no breed or weight limits. There is a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee and $50 a month in pet rent.
Which utilities do I pay?
Electric, in your own name. There is no gas service at the townhome, so there is no gas bill. Water, sewer and trash are a flat $125 a month, paid with your rent.
How long is the lease?
Leases are typically 12 months.
Is there a washer and dryer?
The townhome has washer and dryer hookups in the utility room on the main level. The machines are not included.
Where do I park?
Off-street parking is at the building.
How soon can I move in?
Once your application is approved, you sign the lease, pay your move-in costs and get your keys.
